June has been a month filled with joy and celebration at Niagara Children's Centre. This month, we were honoured to recognize longtime supporters Dan & Sharon O'Hara with the Dr. Orr Tribute Award, celebrating their remarkable commitment and lasting impact on children and families in our region.
The lasting impact of supporters like the O'Hara family reminds us that meaningful change is built through ongoing commitment. This generosity helps create opportunities for children to grow, connect and shine just like at those at the Momentum Choir performance.
Welcome to O'Hara Family Farms.
O'Hara Family Farms began in 2013 when we purchased our first 60 acres—a place where we could enjoy the land, raise animals, and create something lasting for our family. In 2024, we were fortunate to expand by adding the neighboring 60 acres, giving us even more room to grow.
After 45 exciting years in the excavating business, we decided it was time to retire and return to a simpler way of life. These days, we focus on what truly matters: spending time with our family, caring for our horses and cows, and building a farm rooted in love and hard work, especially as we look forward to growing our cattle operation.
We’re proud parents of four terrific children, grandparents to ten amazing grandchildren, and recently welcomed our first great-granddaughter. Every day on the farm is a gift, and we’re excited about the future. We’re grateful for the chance to build this life together—one fence post, sunrise, and muddy boot at a time.
